HARD consistently touts, represents and flaunts the future of music. Since its launch in 2007 with the inaugural HARD New Year's Eve, the festival series has answered the pervasive question of, "What's next?" Today (March 29), HARD is pleased to announce its flagship festival HARD SUMMER--in celebration of its 10 year anniversary--will return to The Speedway in Fontana on Saturday, August 5 and Sunday, August 6.

The eclecticism of the very first HARD--featuring Justice, 2 Live Crew, Steve Aoki and Peaches- would in many ways inform the festival's diversity to this day. The HARD stage has played host to everyone from Ice Cube, The Weeknd, A$AP Mob, Pharrell and Future to Giorgio Moroder, Die Antwoord and The Chemical Brothers. Moreover, the brand has continually evolved. HARD has delivered an unforgettable experience to millions of music fans over the years and augmented the mainstream rise of many leaders in the electronic music genre including deadmau5, Calvin Harris, Skrillex, Justice and many more. Look for the lineup for its 2017 edition to be revealed in the coming weeks.

An easy drive from downtown Los Angeles, The Speedway in Fontana boasts an expanded footprint reaching over 500 acres, convenient parking and camping. Says HARD's Gary Richards, "We have the best music fans out there and we're working hard to do more for them. We're also working very closely with the production team on improvements to the overall festival experience at the track. From the line-up to production to mobility, it is the goal of this festival to improve and enhance the overall experience at HARD Summer's 10 Year Anniversary."

Check out the HARD SUMMER MUSIC FESTIVAL 2016 recap video directed by long-time HARD collaborator Agata Alexander and set to music by Boys Noize and Destructo. It is a strong visual highlighting the spectacular performances by Ice Cube, Major Lazer, Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, Ty Dolla $ign, Destructo, REZZ and many more.
