HARBER Releases His Remix of 3LAU's 'Is It Love' as Complimentary Download

The HARBER Remix could well be labeled the Radio Edit. The original earned over 1.5 million plays on Proximity and over 1.6 million views on YouTube, not to mention other outlets, and 3LAU's "Is It Love" featuring Yeah Boy is one of those rare tunes that did not cry out for a remix. Somehow, HARBER managed to pull off the feat of capturing the essence of the original while tightening it just enough so that it evolves from progressive-house gem to commercial radio hit. Pushing ever harder to get ahead, HARBER and his team have begun to succeed at getting his remix played at American radio.

The HARBER Remix is lighthearted and ready for the weekend with an upbeat attitude that's perfect for today's young-minded generation. It's an easily accessible remix perfect for commercial radio with a tight construction that's easily digested. HARBER (real name, Harry Berman) is an American DJ and producer currently studying music theory at Elon University in North Carolina. Having honed his skills as a live mixer at the Scratch DJ Academy in New York City, HARBER also refines his studio production skills by studying under successful professional producers. As a live DJ, HARBER has opened for Rick Ross, Pusha T and A$AP Ferg at Greensboro's Hudson Terrace, New York's Hilo Bar and other venues. Additionally, HARBER's recent nightclub residencies include a three-month stint at Greensboro's Limelight. He counts as his musical influences, Eminem, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Rolling Stones, Drake and Ed SHeeran, amongst others. Said HARBER of his thirst for creating and sharing music, "I believe in the science of music and I view it as an academic pursuit rooted in popular culture. There's always much for young artists like me to learn and I'm inspired by the world around me. The simplest things can spark creativity."
