"The song is creative at its very core. Mixing the sounds of heavy metal, experimental metal, rock, and a tad bit of southern rock. Sounds like a fun summer song for a good rock n' roll party. Great sing-along, ready for a few air guitar jams!" -Reverbnation
"When I first read that I was going to be reviewing a record called My Money I thought it was going to be gangsta rap about how much money the rapper had. Then when I pressed play my thought couldn't have been farther from the truth. My Money by JP & THE LIFE was in fact inspired by the economic recession of 2009 and sounds like music that lies between Red Hot Chili Peppers and Faith No More... All of the band members are extremely talented when it comes to technical ability. That double bass comes at you hard while you get bombarded with slick guitar skills. The music feels oddly removed from a good majority of music being made in 2014....My Money is a unique release in the current landscape of music." - The Equal Ground
"The new singer, Jon Williams, comes from an R&B background, which is clearly the groove he sets out with his rich vocals on the opening title track...Williams is a really excellent singer who suits these songs perfectly." - Dutch Progressive Rock Page
"Loud lyrics is attention seeking at its best and the singing overall works with the music that has good melodies. Good pitch and beat, means this song is a good example of music in he 21st century."
-Reverbnation
"The intro is dark reminding me of vampires. It is creepy in a good way! Sounds like hard rock or maybe punk. The male vocalist drew me in right away, and made me want to know what he had to say. I don't understand the lyrics, and I don't care because I love his voice! Love this too much! Definitely a head banging sound to this track. His voice is intoxicating. Sexy" - Reverbnation
"The guitar work of JP is much more than just setting the groove. There's a fusion style and aggressive, metallic element to his playing which sets the music apart from the usual funk rock."
-Dutch Progressive Rock Page
"This really rocks on every element played out into this song. Everything was mixed in well. I really enjoyed listening to this music. The artist did some great work. This is great radio material. It seems to be it's own original masterpiece and i also think it can placed on the billboard charts."
"Love this bass line! Epic track... Reminds me a lot of a godsmack and an andre nikatina mash up. Very cool vibes in this. I'd love to see this live. Sounds like it would be a great time live." -Fan review

About JP & The Life
Based in Los Angeles California and originated in 2012, JP & The Life was created and produced by Justin Peloian. Previously, Justin and brother/bass player John Peloian, founded the award winning instrumental power trio, Apeyga in 2003. Apeyga has since released 4 studio albums and one acoustic EP as well as extensive regional touring. Pulling from their experience as fusion instrumentalists, songwriters and visual artists, the material for the new JP and The Life album 'My Money', was inspired by the economic recession of 2009 in the USA. The addition of industry professional metal and funk drummer, Lamar Little, and world touring pro R&B vocalist Jon Williams, has led to a great result with this 2014 release of 'My Money'.
