Petit Biscuit and Møme-best known for his hit "Aloha" streamed more than 200 million times to date-began writing the track after meeting up at a festival earlier this year.
"'Gravitation' is the fruit of my friendship with Møme developed since the beginning of our projects," says Petit Biscuit. "We share a lot of artistic references and a certain philosophy of life. This track is the fusion of our two artistic worlds and was composed between our travels and shows in many countries."
"Gravitation" follows a whirlwind year for the 17-year-old producer, who has twice toured the U.S. this year, playing to sold-out crowds at New York's Brooklyn Steel, Los Angeles' The Novo, San Francisco's The Warfield, Washington, D.C.'s 9:30 Club,Denver's Gothic Theatre and more in addition to festival plays and headline dates across his native Europe. Petit Biscuit's debut album is set for release later this year.
Petit Biscuit is 17-year-old Mehdi Benjelloun. A classically trained musician from a young age, Petit Biscuit plays piano, guitar, cello and more, and began experimenting with electronics to form his signature sound at age 11. His live show combines acoustic and electric elements, with Petit Biscuit's trademark vocal manipulations at the forefront.
