First Fergie Solo Album in Eight Years Expected in 2015

According to Billboard Blacked Eye Peas singer Fergie migt be close to releasing her first solo album in over eight years. Despite the critical and commercial success of 2006's "The Duchess," the singer hasn't released a follow-up. However, the article says that the album is most likely due to come out in 2015, with a chance that the first single could hit the airwaves before the end of the year.

Despite not releasing a solo album, Fergie has continued to work with the Peas, on sountracks, and appear on awards shows, in addition to having her first child with husband Josh Duhamel in 2013.

According to the Billboard report, Mike WiLL Made-It , who executive produced Miley Cyrus' "Bangerz" album is also involved in Fergie's upcoming release. Read the full article here.
