Fairground Saints Announce New EP, 'Magic' Image

Fairground Saints - the buzzing California-bred and Nashville-based trio comprised of Elijah Edwards, Meg McAllister, and Mason Van Valin - have today announced their brand new EP, Magic, to be released on March 8th, 2019 via Sony Music Nashville/The Orchard. Produced by Marshall Altman (Natasha Bedingfield, Walker Hayes, Frankie Ballard, Amy Grant, Eric Paslay) and mixed by Ryan Hewitt (The Lumineers, Brandi Carlile, Dixie Chicks), the EP showcases the bands' breezy, California-country sound and their signature breathtaking three-part harmonies. Pre-orders for the EP are live now HERE.

"Our new EP Magic has been such a labor of love," says the band. "We are so excited to release a taste of what we have been working on with our amazing team who helped move us forward to one of our most creative places yet."

The trio has released two songs from the EP so far, "Somewhere Down the Line" and "California." "Somewhere Down the Line" was praised by Rolling Stone as a song that "marries the coed California harmonies of Fleetwood Mac with the polished punch of modern country pop," while "California" was lauded as a track "complete with richly detailed SoCal imagery and a chorus that soars higher than the Santa Monica Mountains."

Earlier this week, the band released the music video for "California," which has since been added to CMT's video rotation. The video, directed by Gus Black and filmed in Santa Ynez, CA and Santa Barbara, CA, highlights iconic views from the band's hometown and brings to life the California imagery painted by the track's lyrics.

Coming up, the band will be joining Scotty McCreery and Rodney Atkins on select dates of their respective tours before making their way across the pond for C2C Festival, performing on the Spotlight Stage at The O2 Arena in London. See below for a full list of dates.
