After taking the plunge to relocate from Queensland, Australia to London, Eves Karydas set right to work. Today, Eves has released her impassioned new single "Further Than the Planes Fly", offering fans another flavor of her sensual, effervescent brand of pop. Produced by Karydas and Chris Zane (Passion Pit, Bat For Lashes), and co-written with Sam Dixon (Adele, Christina Aguilera, Sia), the track sees Karydas push her vocals skyward over sly beats and a foggy bassline, searching for breathy vocal hooks with which to express the heady playful romanticism of her lyrics.

"This song is about letting go of reputations and the parts of your life that are influenced by what other people think." says Karydas "It seems easier said than done... But one day the sky just sort of opened up and I started seeing things differently. I wrote this song off the back on that energy. I felt like I could do anything that day."
Eves' latest single "There For You" is a "NOW WHAT'S NEXT" featured track on "Now That's What I Call Music! 65" alongside Sofi Tukker, G-Eazy, Demi Lovato, A$AP Rocky & Cardi B and others. Released February 2nd, "WHAT'S NEXT" first launched as an added bonus on "NOW 32" highlighting successes such as Walk The Moon, Capitol Cities, Shawn Mendes and others. Eves Karydas' initial project Eves the Behavior, described as 'disillusioned pop', documented a young woman finding her place in the world, who looked toward female heroines such as Joan of Arc and Joan Didion for influence and incentive. Now, from a new city, through new relationships, and with new, enlightening experiences to draw from, Eves Karydas uses her music to explore female strength, sexuality and empowerment via deep, melodic hooks and brilliant sonic atmosphere she hopes will help to challenge the pop sphere.Videos
