With two Top 10 Billboard charting dance hits under her belt, acclaimed pop singer and performer Emily Perry has joined the High School Nation Fall 2018 Tour (www.highschoolnation.com), embarking on the 25-date national tour across America.
Perry will join the tour on its first date, kicking off October 15 in Chicago. The tour will then take her to 12 additional cities across the U.S., including the D.C. Metro area, Atlanta, Orlando, Houston and Baltimore, among others. The tour will conclude in Dallas on November 16.
The High School Nation Tour, which was started in 2004, is an annual music festival that brings some of the industry's leading musicians to high schools across the country, along the way raising funds and awareness for better access to music, arts and sports in public schools.
Perry will perform on the festival's main stage on all 25 dates.
Past acts featured on the High School Nation Tour have included Plain White T's, Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas, Drake Bell, Symon, Justine Skye and more.
Originally hailing from Sydney, Australia, Perry has found incredible success in the States over the last year, since releasing her first single, "Sugarcoated." At just 19, she's had four hit singles, two peaking at #9 on the Billboard Dance Chart with "Boom" and "Summer On Lock," and her third single, "Walk In Silence," reaching #13.
Her songs have been remixed by the likes of such music luminaries as DJ Hector Fonseca (Sia, Lady Gaga, Rihanna) and Grammy Winner Dave Aude (Bruno Mars, Adele, Beyonce).
