Invitation Records has released the second single from December Rose, "Ball Game," and it is available in music stores, including iTunes, Spotify, Google Play and Amazon. The new single and video have already received great attention: the music video debuted as an Exclusive Premiere on Blastro.com and the song is going to be featured on Tunecore's Amazon.com Summer Sampler scheduled to be released July 13th, 2015. In addition, the Ball Game video is now in rotation at 3800 Health Clubs worldwide through the Clubcom Network. Large online radio outlets are embracing the song early: Radio.com has added Ball Game to its Pop Hits channel.
This new song and video is a dance drama that tells the story of a young woman's tale of a cheating man and her reprisal to the delight of every girl he has denigrated. "Ball Game" follows December Rose's first hit single, "Came Here to Party" which has received extensive mix show radio play and was on heavy rotation at many clubs around the nation.
Shot on location at the historic Yost Theater built in 1913, the video hosts several experienced dancers including a national champion, Russell Corpis, and was choreographed by Justine Menter whose credits include "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" and "America's Got Talent."
"The song aims to bring a sense of empowerment to both men and women that not only have been in this situation, but to those that dare to stand their ground for their values and for choosing to be true to their hearts," said December Rose.
"Ball Game" and "Came Here to Party" will be on the new EP planned for release by Invitation Records in late August, 2015. Several live shows in North America are in the planning stages now and complete tour schedule will be released after the EP.
