DIM MAK's Free Music Imprint New Noise Releases ohmy 'doap'

Like shattered glass in slow motion, ohmy ruptures the status quo with their New Noise gem "doap." A potent concoction of dreamy future bass and head banging hard trap, ohmy even conjures tannins of drum 'n' bass for the intricate and soulful debut opus.

The enigmatic duo has only just broken onto the scene this year, taking a less is more approach that has so far proven to be a rewarding tactic. Their SoundCloud page gives minimal insight into their creative offerings, but it does reveal a moody bass rework of Tiesto and Don Diablo's "Chemicals," which has gathered 107K plays and sensational praise in the short number of months since its drop. As newcomers on the scene, they've been blessed to partner with Caked Up on an official remix of WatchTheDuck and Steve Aoki's collaboration "Beautiful, Broken, & Wasted," which Aoki dropped in his recent Miami Music Week mix as well as in his live performance at SXSW. If this handful of impressive productions is any indication, we'll be seeing ohmy's beats appear on the set lists and podcasts of many more heavy hitters in the months to come. A truly fitting New Noise artist indeed.
