Courtney Barnett To Play LATE NIGHT and CBS THIS MORNING, Plus Nominated For 9 Aria Awards

Courtney Barnett is returning to US television screens when she plays Late Night with Seth Meyers on Monday and will again grace the CBS This Morning - Saturday studio the following week. Barnett is in the middle of a scorching North American tour selling out shows and electrifying fans every step of the way. The LA Times raved "...she's nearly a loose cannon - brandishing her electric guitar as if it were chopping wood and coaxing snarling solos from it."
Barnett and her album Tell Me How You Really Feel have been nominated for 8 ARIA Awards (Australian music's highest honor) including Album Of The Year, Best Female Artist, Best Rock Album, Best Independent Release, Best Video and Best Live Act. Courtney was also nominated for Best Adult Contemporary Album for Lotta Sea Lice - her collaborative album with Kurt Vile. This year's tally of Tell Me How You Really Feel nominations matches the number that she received in 2015 for her debut Sometimes I Sit and Think, And Sometimes I Just Sit.
Six weeks ago Courtney Barnett headlined two sensational nights at the Sydney Opera House. While at the iconic World Heritage listed Sydney Opera House, Barnett took the time to record a stunning version of album closer "Sunday Roast" in Bennelong Restaurant, making full use off the building's incredible acoustics.
