Head up to the Spencer for "Sing It From The Mountain Top," a beautifully blended night of contemporary and old-time country Gospel music with some of the genre's most devoted artists.

Starring the Inspirational Country of multi-award winning artist Susie McEntire, a singer/songwriter who sings from the heart with angelic vocals about real-life and contemporary issues. Her considerate and expressive story-songs are snapshots of everyday life that engage the heart with a sense of hard-won depth and dimension. Susie's awards and honors are many - everything from #1 songs from the ICM Faith, Family & Country Awards to Christian Country Artist of the Year. Her many albums, including Give and Rough Cuts, have won reams of awards. Susie appears with her husband Mark Eaton on guitar.

Prior to her performance, the Southern, Traditional Gospel with a touch of Western Swing performed by cowboy-rancher Jimmy Burson, kicks off the night with his band "Texas in the Swing." Jimmy is a fiddler & guitarist whose been honored as Western Swing Vocalist of the year and is a regular favorite at the Lincoln County Cowboy Symposium.

Following Burson, and prior to McEntire, spotlights will shine on Jack & Deb Stone's "Top Shelf Band," an Old Style Hymnals & Upbeat Country Gospel group. This group's sweet, personable and versatile harmonies include such favorites as "Goodbye World Goodbye," "O What A Saviour," "I Love That Man," "The Old Gospel Ship" and "Amazing Grace." Stone has been nominated by the Artist Music Guild in several categories, and is also the founder of faith outreach Top Shelf Ministries.

These three performance groups share stories of our struggles with faith, of making sense of life, hope, the power of love and God. This is music that touches the soul, with each note counting out joy! Check it out.
