From New York to Nashville, Jenna Torres is a city girl with a country heart. Her sound can be compared to a cross between Sheryl Crow, Dolly Parton, and Bruce Springsteen. Torres is soft-spoken and self-effacing in conversation and yet a force of nature when performing live.
Jenna announced the release of her 1st single "Cowboy Kiss" from her new album coming out in the summer of 2015. The single is part of her latest album produced by Billy Smiley (Johnny Cash, White Heart, and Vince Gill).
Jenna's last album "A Woman's Touch" received critical acclaim. Her single and music video ".22" still tops the Yallwire and Zuus Country TV video playlists. As a songwriter, Torres' first hit on the Billboard Charts, "Busted Heart" (For King & Country) was in the Top 10 on the Billboard Christian Hot 100, AC, and CHR charts for many months and was the most frequently requested song on Air One Radio putting it in the #1 spot for 2012.
"Cowboy Kiss" and the new album features some of the music industry's best including players and engineers who have recorded with Robert Plant, Taylor Swift, Ricky Skaggs, Bob Seger, and the Civil Wars.
"I am so excited about my new single 'Cowboy Kiss'," says Jenna. "It's an ode to the sweet simple magic of the right kiss, at the right time, in the right place with the right Cowboy..."
"Cowboy Kiss" will be available for purchase on iTunes on Tuesday, March 3, 2015.
