Cold Cave Celebrates A Decade Love And Death With 2019 Hollywood Forever Cemetery Album Play Shows Image

Cold Cave have had plenty to celebrate in the past decade, and it's time to raise a glass to their seminal debut album Love Comes Close. The band will be commemorating the occasion with two special performances at Hollywood Forever Cemetery, during which the album will be played in its entirety. The performances will take place on Valentine's Day 2019 (Thursday, February 14) and the day following (Friday, February 15), in celebration of Cold Cave mastermind Wesley Eisold's birthday. Tickets will go on sale Friday, September 14, at 10AM PDT. Ticket links can be found below.

Cold Cave is the creative renaissance of acclaimed musician and writer Wesley Eisold. Cutting his teeth in underground bands American Nightmare (Give Up The Ghost) and Some Girls, Eisold's body of work continues to reverberate throughout the subterranean arts scene and beyond. With a staggering number of releases, Cold Cave has become synonymous with the modern-day resurgence of darkwave and synth-pop.

Love Comes Close was released in 2009 by Heartworm Press and later re-released by Matador Records. Along with the pair of "A Decade of Love and Death" gigs, a deluxe reissue of the modern synth-pop classic will arrive in 2019 via Heartworm Press. Stay tuned for more updates.
