Platinum-selling and Grammy nominated singer/songwriter, Chris Isaak returns to the Fred Kavli Theatre, tonight, August 13, 2015 at 7:30 pm.

As entertaining as he is talented, Isaak performs one of the best live shows around. With his crazy costumes, wisecracking humor and sultry voice, he moves easily from rockabilly to blues to rock-and-roll, proving he is one of the great musicians of the last 30 years.

A self taught guitar player, Isaak shot to prominence with the Top 10 song "Wicked Game". His Gold and Platinum-selling albums feature hits such as "Baby Did a Bad Bad Thing", "Somebody's Crying", and "Forever Blue".

In addition to his musical career, Isaak has made numerous film appearances, including Married to the Mob, Silence of the Lambs and Twin Peaks:Fire Walk with Me.

Isaak returns to Thousand Oaks with a new record in his discography - Beyond the Sun which is truly a labor of love. Since he was a child, Isaak has been obsessed with the glory days of Sun Studios in Memphis and the artists who got their starts there - including Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis. Isaak has acted on this lifelong obsession, magically recapturing the transformative hepcat brilliance of the classic sides cut by these artists, while also getting down to the heart and soul of his own deeply rooted musical identity.

His performance at the Thousand Oaks Civic Plaza will feature songs from his newest album and popular hits from his catalog.

Single tickets are priced at $81 - $41 with group discounts available. Tickets are available from Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000, online at www.ticketmaster.com, or through the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza Box Office, located at 2100 Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
