Canadian Jamaican Rap Sensation, Kardinal Offishall, to Perform Live at CHIC Punta Cana

Fans of Canadian Jamaican rap legend, Kardinal, can see him perform live in concert at CHIC Punta Cana for free, if they reserve a stay at the adults-only resort in the Dominican Republic that coincides with his concert on October 24th.
