Global music phenomenon Celtic Woman has announced that West End musical stage star Susan McFadden will join the all-female sensation as it gears up for the release of the brand new CD/DVD "Believe" and supporting 60-city North American tour. Susan joins the group as founding member Lisa Kelly is expecting her fourth child.

"I have followed Celtic Woman's success over the years," says Susan, "and am delighted and honored to have been asked to be part of something so special. I can't wait to tour with 'Believe' and perform with Mairead, Lisa and Chloe."

Born in Dublin, Susan McFadden is perhaps best known throughout the UK after winning the hugely successful reality ITV show Grease Is the Word, landing her the starring role of "Sandy" in the West End production of Grease. Susan then played "Serena" in the original cast for the ?UK premier of Legally Blonde the Musical and her career in musical theatre soared when she subsequently took over the lead of "Elle Woods" which earned her prestigious award nominations. Susan became a child star at 11 as her professional career bloomed in the title role of Annie at the Olympia Theater in Dublin. Her enormous talent has impressed audiences across Ireland and UK with performances in Singin' in the Rain, the national tour of Brighton Beach Memoirs , Daniel O'Donnell's Rock 'n' Roll tour and "Milly" in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers in London's West End. TV viewers have also come to know Susan for her roles in the RTE series Bachelors Walk and Relative Strangers (four-part mini-series), and the PBS special Daniel O'Donnell's Rock 'n' Roll. Now, Susan is poised to conquer America with Celtic Woman.

"I'm thrilled to welcome Susan McFadden as our newest Celtic Woman," says Emmy nominated musical director David Downes. "I've been following Susan's stellar career for years and am delighted to finally have the opportunity to work with her. She will make a wonderful addition to the Celtic Woman show. Our new BELIEVE tour is going to be an enthralling live stage production featuring the incredible Chloe, Lisa, Mairead and now the inspiring voice of our newest member Susan."

Celtic Woman's brand new show, BELIEVE, kicks off February 3 in Nashville and features vocalists Susan McFadden, Chloe Agnew and Lisa Lambe alongside Celtic violinist Mairead Nesbitt performing a mix of classic Irish tunes, pop anthems and inspirational songs including "The Parting Glass," "A Woman's Heart," "Bridge Over Troubled Water," "You'll Never Walk Alone" and "Teir Abhaile Riu" presented in the uniquely radiant and transcendental style of Celtic Woman. The "BELIEVE" CD and "BELIEVE LIVE" DVD will be available in stores January 24 (Manhattan Records) and was filmed for the first time in America at The Fox Theatre (Atlanta, GA) in September 2011.

Celtic Woman debuted on Public Television in March 2005 where they quickly emerged as a spectacular commercial success that crossed cultural borders with now more than six million CDs/DVDs and over two million concert tickets sold worldwide.
