After the success of hosting its inaugural music video contest, online anti-bullycide campaign 'Bullies Are The Cowards Of The World' is preparing to take submissions for its second contest. The contest will be open for submissions from August 1st through November 15th; with plans to announce the 2017 winner on January 15th. Once more high school students (age 13 to 18) will have the opportunity to take a visual and musical stand against bullies with the campaign's title song. For this second round contestants can download lyrics with the option to rap the song themselves, do an original cover of the song or by using the pre-recorded track available online at: bulliesarethecowardsoftheworld.com

The 2016 winning teams were presented with a genuine crystal statue among other prizes for acting out scenarios on film, while paying homage to the campaign's title theme song. Entries were submitted from across America and from as far away as Croatia.

The 2016 BATCOTW Music Video Winners are:

  • Henry Hudson Regional School / Highlands, NJ - Kerry Harper, kate Manning, Tomas Lazicki, Alex Samardzija, Sean Haupt, Aiden Casey, Kelley Trinidad and Ralph DAntonia
  • John F Kennedy High School / Waterbury, CT - Madina Veliju, Amanda Wilcox, Lineshuna Ruiz, Feilishia A Santiago and Alijah Gonzalez
