Blues guitarist and singer Buddy Guy, 76, will release a double-disc album, Rhythm & Blues, today, July 30, which will feature notable guests such as Keith Urban, Kid Rock, Steven Tyler and Joe Perry.
Known as a pioneer of the Chicago blues sound, Buddy Guy has influrenced many notable musicians of his generation including Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page and Jimi Hendrix. His previous album 'Living Proof' earned him a Grammy Award and his highest position ever on the Billboard 200 albums chart at No. 46.
Rhythm & Blues was produced by Guy's longtime collaborator Tom Hambridge, who also worked with him on Proof.
