The Associated Press reports that according to a source at the NFL, pop star Bruno Mars will be performing during the halftime show at the Super Bowl on February 2, 2014, at the MetLife Stadium in NJ. An official announcement is reportedly set for tomorrow in Times Square.

Beyonce was this year's headliner at the halftime show in New Orleans, where the Baltimore Ravens won over the San Francisco 49ers. Prior to that, Madonna appeared in 2012, with The Black Eyed Peas, Usher and Slash in 2011. The Who played in 2010.
Grammy-winning singer Mars just won for Best Male Video and Choreography for his single "Treasure" at MTV's 2013 VMAs this August. Mars' second album, Unorthodox Jukebox, was released in 2012 and hit No. 1 in the US, featuring the popular tracks "Treasure", "Locked Out of Heaven" and "When I Was Your Man".
