Bruce Hornsby & The Noisemakers and Los Lobos To Play the Indian Ranch This July Image

Indian Ranch announced that Bruce Hornsby & the Noisemakers and Los Lobos will come to Webster, MA on Saturday, July 21st as part of the 2018 Yuengling Summer Concert Series. Tickets go on-sale Friday, March 23, 2018 at 10:00 AM at www.indianranch.com.

Bruce Hornsby's work displays a creative iconoclasm that's been a constant in the artist's two-and-a-half decade recording career. His commercial stock soared early on when "The Way It Is" - the title track of his 1986 debut album - became one of the more popular songs on American radio. Despite his early mainstream successes, Hornsby has pursued a more personal, idiosyncratic musical path, focusing on projects that sparked his creative interest, including collaborations with the Grateful Dead, Spike Lee, Ricky Skaggs, Don Henley, Ornette Coleman, Bob Dylan, Bela Fleck, Bonnie Raitt, Pat Metheny, and Robbie Robertson. Hornsby's performance will offer a glimpse of a restless spirit who continues to push forward into exciting new musical terrain.

It has been since 2011 since Los Lobos performed at Indian Ranch, bringing audiences to their feet in a way that only few can do. Having celebrated their 40th anniversary with the 2013 live album Disconnected In New York City, the hard working, constantly touring band - David Hidalgo, Louie Perez, Cesar Rosas, Conrad Lozano and Steve Berlin - has leaped headfirst into their fifth decade. Los Lobos' 1984 major label breakthrough How Will The Wolf Survive? ranks #30 on Rolling Stones list of the 100 greatest albums of the 1980's, and the release of "La Bamba," their worldwide crossover hit from the 1987 film reached #1 on the U.S. and UK singles chart. Perez, once called their powerhouse mix of rock, Tex-Mex, country, folk, R&B, blues and traditional Spanish and Mexican music "the soundtrack of the barrio." With three Grammys and 11 nominations, the global success of "La Bamba" and thousands of rollicking performances across the globe later, Los Lobos is surviving quite well -- and still jamming with the same raw intensity as they had when they began in that garage in 1973.

Indian Ranch offers music lovers a chance to see some of the greatest country, classic rock and pop bands steps from Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg. Nestled between pine trees, the amphitheater offers the ability to see the stage from anywhere in the audience.
