THE BLACK BOX, downtown Franklin's new theater, music, and event venue, presents Brothers McCann on Friday, November 28 at 8 p.m., kicking off THE BLACK BOX New England Artist Series. Brothers Mike and Pat McCann and Erik White have been making music together since 2009, garnering a reputation for high energy, positive performances. From 2009-2012 they organized and hosted their own music festival "ReUnion" in the state of Vermont. As well as headlining, Brothers McCann toured from 2013-2014 with acclaimed singer/songwriter Martin Sexton. Sexton has referred to them as the new "Crosby, Stills and Nash" and has integrated their three-part vocals into his sets, coloring his beloved songs. This year, Brothers McCann has appeared nationwide at festivals and music halls with such legendary acts as Lucinda Williams, Josh Ritter, Dar Williams, Rufus Wainwright and many more.

Bothers McCann recorded their debut album, "Different Colors," in 2010, the "Stereo Road - EP" in 2012, and a new full-length album, "Days of Ease," which was released in April, 2014 and has captured the attention of independent radio stations and major publications and has charted on iTunes Folk category.

Brothers McCann continues to create dynamic palettes of sound, weaving sweeping three-part harmonies over rustic reinventions of folk-rock. Mike, Pat and Erik nurture the heart of their New England musical upbringing with three unique songwriting styles on rotating display.
