Esteemed British producer Latmun has delivered his brand new release titled 'Counting Tool', with the record dropping on Green Velvet's 'Relief' imprint today (2nd March).
Rising meteorically following the huge releases of 'Who's That' on the VIVa Warriors Season 4 compilation mix, 'Def EP' on VIVa LIMITED and 'Everybody's Dancin' on Relief, Joe Bradley - better known as Latmun, has risen to the very top echelon of contemporary UK house music production.
Latmun has established himself as one of the biggest selling artists on Beatport, with 'Counting Tool' embodying the ominous floor-shuddering tones listeners have come to expect from the producer, with the track flaunting rich rumbles and a cleverly constructed bassline.
Following the hit release on the 2016 remix package of Green Velvet's classic 'Flash', Bradley has enjoyed a flourishing relationship with the Relief label boss, with the 'Everybody's Dancing' EP reaching number 1 overall on Beatport and enjoying a 4 date US tour together in June of 2017.
With 'Counting Tool' following Latmun's massive 'Footsteps EP' on Hot Creations, the UK maestro was also awarded the accolade of 'Best Breakthrough Producer' at the DJ Mag Awards in December.
A diverse and dynamic live performer, the Nottingham-born producer enjoyed a highly successful Cuckoo Land residencies for Do Not Sleep at Ibiza Rocks and The
Warehouse Project in 2017, and also performed at Jamie Jones'
Paradise parties at DC10, as well as slots at Creamfields, The BPM Festival and Fabric.
Kicking off a special b2b tour with Detlef in 2018, the pair will be spreading their groove-driven sounds across Florida in March over the course of Miami Music Week, as well as North London club, egg, on 27th April, with further stops at elrow in
Barcelona and
Hideout Festival in mid-July. Rounding off their schedule in North America for 3 dates between 9th and 12th August, the Detlef b2b Latmun World Tour is shaping up to be one of the most eagerly anticipated events in the 2018 dance music calendar.
