New Jersey alt-punk rockers, Bobby Mahoney and the Seventh Son have teamed up with Alternative Press to premiere their video for their track "Called It Quits." The song comes off of their recently released self-titled album. The video is available to watch here!
On the track and video, lead vocalist Bobby Mahoney shares, "'Called It Quits' is about that moment of clarity when you've realized you've had enough, and you are done being treated poorly. For the video, we mixed footage from our Prudential Center show with Bon Jovi, and our Bowery Electric NYC show to show that we always play like we are playing an arena, and giving it 110%."
Founded in 2010 under just the name "Seventh Son," the band was originally intended for a single show, but they quickly caught on locally and began playing the New Jersey rock circuit. After the release of their first EP and undergoing some lineup changes, the band rebranded as Bobby Mahoney & the Seventh Son in 2014. Since then, the band has released three full-length studio albums, and have shared the stage with notable bands such as The Gaslight Anthem, Pity Sex and Pianos Become the Teeth.
