Billy Ray Cyrus took to the streets of the Big Apple Monday night ahead of Tuesday's highly-anticipated premiere of season two of his hit scripted series "Still The King." As Cyrus paraded through the streets of Times Square dressed as Elvis with the infamous Naked Cowboy of NYC, he drew large crowds singing some of Elvis' classic hits, in addition to his own, including the platinum "Achy Breaky Heart," which celebrated the 25th anniversary of its release this summer.
