Tony Award winner Ben Vereen, who was recently guest starred on How I Met Your Mother and who will be a part of Hartford Stages' reading of Fetch Clay, Make Man (dir. Des McAnuff) in November, has announced his ongoing 2010/2011 concert tour.
The legendary entertainer will open a brand new performing arts center in Vermont, perform alongside the Edmonton Symphony and play historic Town Hall in New York among other dates:

A Tony Award winner for his renowned performance in
Bob Fosse's Pippin, Ben has gone on to solidify his place among Broadway royalty, with starring roles in such Broadway productions as Wicked, Fosse, Chicago, Jesus Christ Superstar, Hair, Jelly's Last Jam, Grind, A Christmas Carol and I'm Not Rappaport. He recently starred in the new play Fetch Clay, Make Man at the
McCarter Theatre, directed by
