Bedouin Presents 'SAGA' Homecoming In Brooklyn On 12/15 Image

Bedouin, the fast-rising stars of underground dance music, are pleased to once again bring their highly-acclaimed Ibiza residency, SAGA, home to Brooklyn on December 15 before heading to Mexico to host Sound Tulum's Opening Party on December 29. Armed with their latest 'Wastelands' EP out now via Crosstown Rebels, as well as some of their finest residents from the latest SAGA season, the duo will showcase their knack for bridging eccentric fantasy with melodic beats in two of the world's most in vogue clubbing destinations.

Hot off their second Ibiza season at Cirque du Soleil founder, Guy Laliberté's charming HEART nightclub which Pete Tong called, "One of the most successful residency debuts of all time," Bedouin will return to their home turf on Saturday, December 15 to present SAGA. Taking over Brooklyn's gargantuan warehouse-like space, The Great Hall at Avant Gardner, Bedouin fans can look forward to one of their extended 4-hour sets as well as the event's signature creative vision that imbues an ambience where imagination and mysticism collide complemented by transcendental performers, esoteric visuals and avant-garde installations. Soundtracked by luminary beats that draw on Bedouin's Middle Eastern heritage and Western upbringing, joining them on the decks will be SAGA Ibiza favorites LUM, Collé and Zigan Aldi who is still riding high from his 2017 debut album, 'Fidale.'

On Saturday, December 29, the SAGA continues rather fittingly in the jungles of Mexico's mystical Tulum. Awarded with the prestige of hosting Sound Tulum's Opening Party, SAGA will be the first in a series of well known electronic music labels and party brands that will be welcomed to the Riviera Maya through January 13, 2019. For the Opening Party, Bedouin's SAGA will present a blend of the underground's finest international and local talent alongside their signature custom visuals, soft lighting and animated performances. Crosstown Rebels signee SIS, emotive deep house DJ Guy Laliberté, Innervisions favorite Santiago Garcia and Mexico's own ethereal beatmakers The Soul Brothers will play alongside Bedouin as together they take festival goers on a spellbinding journey that inspires connection.

Following on from their hugely successful Crosstown Rebels release and Pink Floyd remake, "Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun," now Bedouin have dropped their stunning two-track 'Wastelands' EP via Damian Lazarus' applauded imprint. The release is comprised of the title track "Wastelands" which Billboard described as, "the perfect groove to help you explore your mind, body and soul," and "Flamma," a dancefloor driven number complete with live percussive elements. The result is an exemplary example of Bedouin's obsession with melodic deep grooves and instrumental sounds which earned them the accolade of Mixmag's Best Breakthrough DJs of 2017.
