Cape Town based musical ensemble Bantwanas drop their debut single 'Ngithanda'featuring the vocal talents of renowned local singer Samthing Soweto is now available for pre-order.

Quickly setting their sonic tone, Bantwanas wastes no time demonstrating the collective's knack for fusing traditional African tones and vocals with more contemporary dance music beats and basslines. Eager to present a forward thinking Africa; Bantwanas or 'Children of Africa' is an umbrella collective made up of internationally acclaimed songwriter and producer Ryan Murgatroyd, alongside his protégé Blanka Mazimela and a plethora of hugely talented local musicians and vocalists.

A perfect blend of haunting, melancholic vocals from one of the most established and in demand singer/songwriters to come out of Africa - Samthing Soweto and the hypnotic rolling beat on this track go a long way to showcase the sublime production techniques of Ryan Murgatroyd while simultaneously allowing the collective to demonstrate their own individual talents.
