If the phrase "male a cappella group" conjures up an image of students in blue blazers, ties, and khakis singing traditional college songs on ivied campuses... think again. STRAIGHT NO CHASER are neither strait-laced nor straight-faced, but neither are they vaudeville-style kitsch (sncmusic.com). Started by a group of college students at Indiana University in the 90s, STRAIGHT NO CHASER has enjoyed many years of success. Their unique sound and individual shows keep the audience coming back for more.
BWW caught up with Seggie Isho, Don Nottingham and Walter Chase joined me in a Google Hangout to talk about STRAIGHT NO CHASER's success, how they make it all work as well as their upcoming tour.
