Australian Artist Ben Hazlewood Releases Live Video for MONTHS & MILES Today, Announces New Music Image

Australian alt-pop artist Ben Hazlewood releases his intimate live video for "Months & Miles" today - watch HERE. The serene video was shot in a laundromat in Nashville and features a live four-piece horn section accompanying him captures the longing of a missed love one. The new visual also gives a look into the emotions Ben felt in the moments where he was yearning for home.

"The song Months & Miles was written about being away from the person I love, my then-fiance, now husband" Ben says in the video. "I wrote this song for him. I feel like [it] was one of the moments a lot of the time where I was sitting in these laundromats waiting for my clothes to be done and I was kind of wishing that I was at home with him and not in a laundromat in the middle of nowhere."

Ben Hazlewood will release his new song + video "Save Your Sorries" August 10th. "This song is taking a stand against a violent and abusive attack I endured a few years ago," Ben says. "The hurt cuts deep to the bone and I have carried these scars for far too long. "Save Your Sorries" is a confronting release of anger through vengeance."

About Ben Hazlewood:

Ben Hazlewood is an anthemic alt-pop artist based in Melbourne. With an artist father and a mother who owned a dance studio, Ben's creative journey seemed to be written in the stars. After training as a professional dancer in his mother's studio, Ben felt that music was the path he needed to take. He moved to London and joined a three-piece band called "The Scheme." After the band disbanded, Hazlewood became a member of Joel Madden's team on Australia's inaugural season of The Voice and kicked off his solo music career. With two EPs and an album under his belt, Ben has been hard at work, writing music alongside New Zealand artist, Gin Wigmore, he boasts over 1M views on YouTube, and has been featured in Popdust, Huffington Post, and The Advocate. Ben is managed by Jono Scarlet for Mint Music. His next release "Save Your Sorries" will arrive on August 10th.
