Australian alternative rock band Atlas Genius have shared the video for new single "Balladino" off their sophomore album Inanimate Objects. The video, which vocalist and guitarist Keith Jeffery calls "A World War II epic meets Wallace and Gromit," premiered today on Billboard.comwho describes the cinematic visual as "soaring" while the song "builds slowly, with flourishes of triumph along the way, finding glimmers of hope in a dire situation."

The brothers of Atlas Genius have been on the road since the release of Inanimate Objects last August, including a recent stop by The Late Late Show with James Corden. This summer, in addition to a co-headlining run with Bear Hands in July, Atlas Genius is performing at over 11 festivals around the country, wrapping up with both Life is Beautiful and Austin City Limits later in the fall. Tickets for all shows, including gigs with Weezer and Panic! At the Disco, are available at http://atlasgenius.com/tour.
Brothers Keith and Michael Jeffrey have fused musically to become Atlas Genius, with Keith's vocals and guitar complementing Michael on the drums to create their unique alternative sound. While their debut album When It Was Now (featuring breakout hit "Trojans") reflected on home life in Adelaide, Australia, the pair's second release of Inanimate Objects showcases the darker emotional experiences of relocating to Los Angeles, CA. The LA-inspired sounds thread throughout the album, highlighting the band's creative depth and earning praise from Entertainment Weekly who dubbed Inanimate Objects "a huge leap forward for the band."
