Patrons are encouraged to arrive early to the Kid Rock and The Detroit Symphony Orchestra concert May 12, as tickets have been sold through paperless ticket delivery.

On the day of show, bring the credit card used to purchase your tickets to the venue; the actual credit card is required (a photo copy of the credit card is not acceptable).

Go directly to the venue entrance with your party (all members of the purchasers party must be present at the same time in order to enter the venue).

Present your credit card and enter after your credit card is swiped and your seat locator slips are printed.

For more information regarding Ticketmaster’s Paperless Ticketing, visit http://www.ticketmaster.com/paperless.

The show is Saturday, May 12 at 8 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Visit www.OlympiaEntertainment.com or www.Ticketmaster.com for tickets and information, or call 800-745-3000.

If the credit card that you used to purchase your tickets has been canceled, lost, or stolen, it will be in your best interest to e mail Ticketmaster at customer_support@ticketmaster.com (or call the nationwide toll-free number at 1-800-653-8000) AND bring with you to the venue your Ticketmaster order number, photo identification, and an old statement of the original credit card number with name matching your photo ID. This will help to resolve any problems you may encounter at the gate. If your credit card was re-issued with the same number and a new expiration date, you do NOT need to take action, as this new card will be accepted at the venue.
