Any music heads with a taste for bass will tell you there's only one way to round off the summer - Outlook Festival. Each year, Outlook unites thousands of bass-obsessives in it's fortress home for four days and four nights honouring soundsystem culture, and the genres that have evolved from its early roots - from DnB and jungle to dub and reggae, it's all covered as part of the Outlook agenda. With less than three months to go until the 11th outing between 5th - 9th September, Outlook drop the day to day line-ups and stage splits, plus news on takeover crews who'll be holding it down at Fort Punta Christo each day. With DMZ, Andy C, Appelsap, David Rodigan's Ram Jam, Deep Medi, Swamp 81, Subdub, V Recordings, Metalheadz and so many more on board, it promises to be an unmissable edition this year. Home to some of Outlook Festival's standout sets (think Stormzy's infamous thunderstorm in 2016) The Clearing is filled with the heaviest hitting live acts. Kicking off on Thursday is firm festival favourite David Rodigan with his 'Ram Jam' rave, featuring the man himself, joined by Iration Steppas, Shy FX and Dynamite MC, Miss Red, Johnny Osbourne and Soul Stereo and friends. Moving to Friday, it's another heavy bill pulling together some of the UK's finest MC's and crews - Stefflon Don, Nadia Rose, MIST, Levelz, plus DJ Hype and The Heatwave. Saturday sees Andy C recruit a bunch of DnB royalty for an Andy C Presents showcase; Noisia, Randall and Spectrasoul. MC's come in the form of 2Shy, GQ and Tonn Piper. Ending proceedings on a high, Outlook invite Amsterdam's revered Appelsap Fresh Music Festival to host. Known as OG authorities on street culture, for over 20 years Appelsap have developed the cities hip-hop, rap, grime and bass movement and the artists within. For this collab, they present Kojey Radical, Ocean Wisdom, JHus, AJ Tracey, Lady Leshuur, Jaykae and Dub Phizix and Strategy - a super solid bill to end Outlook '18.

The Void is a bass-fuelled sensation, packed out with high-energy, low frequency flavours across the four Outlook Festival days... To begin, Crucast step up with a full squad takeover featuring Skepsis, Darkzy, Notion, Mr Virgo, Lazcru and Bru-C. Deep Medi return to The Void with a squadron, Mala brings Silkie, Commodo, Goth-Trad, Kahn, Truth, Gantz, Kaiju, Jack Sparrow and Compa. On to the next, Saturday sees Dispatch Recordings going head to head with Symmetry, uniting talent from both camps - Boston, Zero T b2b Beta2, Ant TC1, Break, DLR and more join, plus MC's DRS and Visionobi. Last but by no means least on Sunday, OG's DMZ take control - Pinch, Hatcha & Youngsta (Bloodline) Mala and Coki's Digital Mystikz, Loefah, Kahn and Neek, Crazy D, SGT Pokes and more dubstep royalty on board.

After eight years with Mungo's Hi Fi, the reins are being handed over to long-term Leeds legends, Subdub - joined by the earth-shattering Sinai sound system powering this much loved stage. Soundtracked by dub, DnB, and reggae, there'll be plenty to skank to over the four days. Returning to Outlook Festival with open arms are Swamp81 with an all-star case - Loefah, Madam X, Lamont, Pinch, Hops and Orson, hosted by Chunky and T-Man. Starting off on Walk N Skank are up on Friday, with plenty of dancehall explorations from Reggae Roast, Natty Campbell, Mungo's HiFi, Danny T & Tradesmen, Dub Smugglers and more on board. Outlook Festival fam members, Channel One Soundsystem, Jah Shaka and Sinai Sound play on Saturday, topped off by Subdub 20 on the closing night - Iration Steppas, O.B.F, Sammy Dreadlocks, Dubkasm, Maasai Warrior all step up, hosted by Shanti D, Charlie P and Sr Wilson.

Undoubtedly a firm fave of the Outlook arenas, The Moat stage is 70 foot deep - the old moat of Fort Punta Christo. Friday it's an all star cast through bass, techno and left leaning oddities from Martha, Tash LC, Madam X, DJ Lag, Silas and Snare, Barely Legal and more. A first for Outlook, Saturday sees garage don Slimzee bring his Slimzos Recordings crew to the fort, here find the man himself, Trends and Boylan, Grandmixxer, Spooky, YGG and more exploring the parameters of garage and grime. Sunday is full of more garage greatness with 'For The Love Of Garage' - Oneman, Zed Bias, MJ Cole and more all rep here. More to come too... eyes peeled.

Another major arena in the Outlook set up is the Garden stage. Starting on Thursday, it's a dream collaboration between DnB's finest - Exit Records, Metalheadz and Star Warz, feat associated label fam Zed Bias, Fixate, Blocks & Esher, DBridge, Goldie, Randall, Doc Scott, plus SP:MC, Strategy, AD and Illa Man on mic duties. Marking a solid 25 years in the game, V Recordings takeover on Saturday, with Artificial Intelligence and Lowqui, Jumping Jack Frost, Bryan Gee, Dynamite, Dillinja and plenty of hosts. It's another high energy spesh on Sat as Hatcha pulls amigos Sukh Knight, J:Kenzo, Distance, Truth, Crazy D, N Type and more to play. Ending on a high on Sunday is Spearhead, with plenty of DnB greatness; find Villen & McLeod, BCee, Calibre, Lenzman, S.P.Y spinning, accompanied by DRS, Lowqui, Visonboi, MC Tempza on vocals.

From the early afternoon to sunfall, Outlook's Beach stage is an ideal warm up for the fortress madness, enjoy blissed-out beats, celestial jazz, hip-hop, soul, reggae, RnB and DnB flavours next to the Adriatic ocean. Opening on Thursday afternoon are some of the UK's finest soulful stars - Yazmin Lacey, Poppy Ajudha, Nubya Garcia and breakthrough crew, Ezra Collective. Heading into the evening, long-term DnB imprint V Recordings takeover with liquid vibes from Bryan Gee, DJ Marky, Patife and more. Eclectic soul, chilled out hip-hop and RnB is what Friday is all about, with S4U, INKA, Peanut Butter Wolf, Flohio and more, plus Manchester wild boys LEVELZ to close. On to the weekend, Saturday is all dub and reggae from Johnny Clarke and The Dub Asante Band, Iseo and Dodo Sound, Jamie Rodigan, Brian Holidays and plenty more. Last but not least, Friday rounds off with Medi On The Beach - dubstep and bass from A/T/O/S, Commodo, Sicaria Sound, Egoless and Silkie.

11 years deep in the game, Outlook Festival's dedication still shines through. Approaching the programming with passion, knowledge and heart, Outlook has cemented it's place as one of the leading festival promoters worldwide. Although hosting thousands each year, Outlook still runs with a family feel, with artists and party people coming back, year-on-year, to experience and discover new music on world class, bespoke sound systems. From next-level settings and hedonistic boat parties to the Opening Concert (this year with David Rodigan, Bonobo, Wiley, Children of Zeus) and Zerostrasse tunnel parties (Levelz and friends + more TBA), the team have never shied away from taking things to the next level, whilst staying firmly grounded to their roots.
