As a performer, Aly Tadros came out swinging, unexpectedly having to fill a two-hour set during her first gig and then landing praise from the Village Voice after her wrapping her first show in the Big Apple. Now, the seasoned songstress and accomplished writer plans to add to her impressive 800+ show count with a round of West Coast shows. The 2017 tour is in support of Tadros' third fan-funded LP, Hungry Ghost, available now.
Tadros wears many hats, possessing a viral Internet presence, penning with introspective blog posts and pieces, being a TEDxYouth Speaker and Committee member and official representative of Fender Guitars for both classic and H Jimenez Latin line of instruments. The Texas-born, Brooklyn-based songstress brings a fresh artisty to her folk-pop and lyrical mastery with everything she writes, both of which have landed her acclaim from American Songwriter, Interview Magazine, Paste, USA Today, MTV, The Village Voice and comparisons to Fiona Apple, Norah Jones, Neko Case and other leaders in her genre.
