Hailed by Teen Vogue as "one of the most profound and poetic self-esteem tracks to hit airwaves in a while," Scars To Your Beautiful's message of positivity and self-empowerment resonates throughout the video, which shares the stories of a diverse cast proudly defining their own beauty.

"The world sometimes tells us that we shouldn't be happy with ourselves if we don't fit certain standards of beauty," says Alessia. "'Scars To Your Beautiful' is my reminder that beauty isn't only one look, shape, size, or color. Beauty comes in all forms - tangible and intangible - inside and out. We need to recognize that."

The powerful message of "Scars To Your Beautiful" is the lynchpin behind her new partnership withI AM THAT GIRL, the national movement that has been inspiring girls for the past six years to love, express, and be who they are.

Alessia andI AM THAT GIRLare set to debut a new spot this week announcing their campaign centered around "the honest conversation about our physical and emotional scars, our struggles, and all the things we don't normally talk about." IATGwill co-create a curriculum inspired by Alessia's song, including a downloadable kit for IATG chapters, social activations, and live"YourBeautiful"events engaging both IATG chapters and Alessia's fan communities."

Aside from major festival bookings at Coachella, Glastonbury and Lollapalooza, Alessia has spent the summer as direct support for Coldplay's A Head Full Of Dreams tour in Europe and the UK, and will continue on through the U.S. leg, starting July 16 th at Metlife Stadium in New Jersey through September 3 rd at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, CA.
