Alice Kim has been at the forefront of the digital media revolution for almost 20 years with executive level positions in a multitude of companies that range from start-ups to publically traded major media and technology companies. Most recently, Alice was a founder and principal for DigiConsult, a consulting practice providing strategic services to media clients focused on identifying and evaluating digital opportunities.
Before founding DigiConsult, Alice served as senior vice president, corporate development and strategy for MediaFlo a start-up division of Qualcomm, a wireless technology company where she led strategic partnership conversations and special internal projects, resulting in a $2B sale to AT&T.
Prior to MediaFlo, she served as senior vice president, digital distribution and partnerships for Viacom Media Networks where she developed the strategy, launched and built the mobile and digital distribution revenues across the 17 on-air and digital brands, including MTV, VH1, Comedy Central and Nickelodeon.
Alice started her career in Investment Banking at Dean Witter and Venture Capital at CIBC Capital Partners and Dolphin Equity. She then joined a couple of start-ups, PreCache and Enpocket, both of which were acquired by Fortune 100 companies. She continues to be an avid angel investor and a strong advocate of start-ups in NYC. Alice has been named one of the "Top Women in Wireless" by Fierce Wireless and "Top 50 Women in Mobile Content" by Mobile Entertainment.
Alice received her MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS from Stern School of Business, New York University.
