ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS to Release Holiday Collection October 9

Bagdasarian Productions' six-time Grammy®-winning blockbuster franchise, Alvin and The Chipmunks, will make the yuletide season bright with a festive, 18-track CD and digital collection of their most-loved holiday classics, Chipmunks Christmas. 

To be released October 9^th by Capitol/EMI,Chipmunks Christmas includes the perennial holiday hit, first released in 1958, "The Chipmunk Song" by Ross Bagdasarian Sr, as well as "Here Comes Santa Claus," "Jingle Bells," "Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer," "Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town," "Frosty The Snowman," "Deck The Halls," and other holiday favorites.

Chipmunks Christmas continues Alvin and The Chipmunks' long tradition of making spirits bright for the holidays. The collection features brand new art and two festive songs from Bagdasarian Productions which were not included on The Chipmunks' timeless multi-Platinum-certified holiday album,Christmas With The Chipmunks: "Here Comes Christmas" and "Ho Ho Ho" by Janice Karman.
