The community is getting ready for another great event put on by non-profit organization, I Will Survive, Inc. (IWS). Since 2010, IWS has been critical in serving the community when it comes to the prevention of breast cancer, education and awareness, as well as providing health and wellness services to those at higher risk and those impacted by breast cancer all over Greater Atlanta. IWS has also began virtual assistance to those in need of support all of the nation and internationally.

The organization is spearheaded by combat veteran, Anisa Palmer, who lost her dear mother to breast cancer. She served two tours in Iraq and immediately got out the military due to her calling revealed to her through a mirage in the desert. The team consists of diverse leaders and future leaders from academia, legal, health, and corporate backgrounds all over the world. Community partners consist of Mercy Care, Northside Hospital, United Way, I Care Atlanta, The Fulton DeKalb Hospital Authority (owners of Grady Hospital), Peach State Health Plan, Delta Dental, Livi Rae Lingerie, City of Doraville, Elite Web Professionals, Georgia Department of Public Health and more.

The event invites all political affiliates, community leaders ready to make a difference in the lives of those in need, caregivers, fashion experts and survivors. Sponsorship includes Home Advisor and the Paul Millsap Foundation to name a few.
