2015 GEM & JAM FESTIVAL Pre-Parties Come to Tucson, Austin and More This Month

The creators of the Gem & Jam Festival are excited to announce a series of pre-parties set to take place in key markets around the country. With stops in Tucson, Albuquerque, Flagstaff and Austin; Euphonic Conceptions are bringing their renowned three-day festival on the road to bring national awareness to their blossoming event. The series of pre-parties will feature a number of internationally and nationally renowned performers alongside local artisans, creators and makers for a unique full bodied visual experience --- all culminating in the launch of the three-day Gem & Jam Festival to be held in Tucson, AZ this February.

On January 23rd Euphonic Conceptions will host the Tucson pre-party for FREE at the Sky Bar featuring The Bennu, JYSHUA PCALYPS, Elektra Tek along with performance art with Cirque Roots.

On January 30th Gem and Jam will rock both Albuquerque, NM and Flagstaff, AZ simultaneously with performances by VibeSquaD, Adem Joel and Conscious Kalling at the Historic El Rey Theater and Kaminanda, Safi's Lab, Jahmontee and Johnny Swoope at the The Green Room in Flagstaff.

The pre-party festivities will then head south to Austin TX on Jan. 31st with featured performances by Pumpkin, Late Night Radio, ONE4ALL and Blunt Force at the Parish in downtown Austin.

The 9th annual Gem and Jam Festival is set to take place from February 6th-8th and will be held in conjunction with the world renowned Tucson Gem and Mineral show -- the perfect pairing for music, art and gem enthusiasts of all kinds. While music is for many the main attraction, the festival will also feature artists of all types and mediums, along with crystal and gem vendors, workshops, visual performers, arts and crafts along with high-end art galleries.

With nearly 55,000 people expected from around the world to visit the Tucson area during the three-week Gem and Mineral Show, the organizers of the Gem and Jam Festival aim to provide a unique atmosphere that celebrates the art and ethos of the gem community with entertainment and unique visual arts.

The three day festival will kick off with a pre-party of its own on Feb 5th at the Maker House in Tucson featuring stellar pre-festival performances with LTJ BUKEM w/ MC Armanni, SMASH & GRAB, THOMAS B, GHAST, BLANK and ERRATIK.

Event organizers are also offering an expanded network of daytime activities, classes and workshops, along with late night after parties with music till dawn. Now located on an expanded outdoor oasis, the music festival features 2 full stages, with plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the beautiful desert landscape.
