West Michigan SCA to Host “Sealed with a Kiss” Cooking and Wine Tasting Class

Let Chef Christine Ferris of Farm House Deli and Sommelier Mike Gustatis of Wine Sellers of Saugatuck indulge your taste buds during their culinary and wine tasting workshop at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts (400 Culver Street) Tuesday, February 9, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Class fee is $35/person (Must be at least 21 years); the event is limited to 28 guests.

Their "Sealed with a Kiss" menu highlights fresh, inspired flavors in appetizer and salad courses plus a petite fillet main course. Cap it off with a luscious dessert offering, and throughout the evening experience elegant white and red wine pairings from around the globe, each chosen by Gustatis.
