Three-Course Menu:
- Married shrimp served on a bed of lightly spiced mango salsa.
- Twin filet mignons for two, paired with butter poached lobster meat and a duet of sauces.

The menu will be available for $44.95 per person from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Four-Course Menu Menu:
- Fanny bay oysters served on the half shell with champagne mignonette.
- Married shrimp served on a bed of lightly spiced mango salsa.
- Twin filet mignons for two, paired with butter poached lobster meat and a duet of sauces.
- Chocolate coeur a la creme.
The menu will be available at $54.95 per person from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Phil's Italian Steakhouse
- Oysters on the half shell with tamarind jam pearls, or oven-roasted crab cakes with mustard aioli and red pepper coulis.
- Lobster chowder with Maine lobster and sweetcorn, or Caesars salad with hearts of romaine, Caesar dressing and anchovies.
- 12-ounce prime New York steak, with port wine sauce, red pepper mash and asparagus; or herb-crusted halibut with garlic shrimp and heart of beetroot risotto; or chateaubriand for two, with 16-ounce center-cut tenderloin, fingerling potatoes, baby vegetables and tarragon demiglaze sauce; or crispy roast citrus chicken with parmesan artichoke spread and vegetable medley.
- Chocolate coeur a la creme with raspberry compote.
The menu will be available for $75 per person from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
