The Street Food Hall by Michael Mina is approaching its one-year anniversary and is launching several new concepts in the very popular eatery located on the ground floor of the International Marketplace. One of the exciting new hawker stations is Mina's Battle Royale: Surf vs. Turf, a rotating pop-up concept featuring seafood and delicious meats. The current offering boasts crave worthy lobster rolls and French Dip style roast beef sandwiches and is drawing hungry crowds every day.
Chef Mina is also pleased to announce the launch of Mi Almita Cantina, the authentic Mexican food concept offered by James Beard Award-winning Chef Hugo Ortega from Houston, Texas. The wildly popular restaurant just finished its rotation at The MINA Test Kitchen in San Francisco and will be the first brick and mortar location for the brand.
The already established hawker stations don't want to miss out on all the excitement and are announcing new additions to their menus as well. Little Lafa announced updates to the Lafa and Rice Plates selections featuring Harissa Chicken, Salmon, Beef Kofta Kebab and Veggie Kebab options. Both are served with pickled veggies, avocado yogurt, matbucha, shug vinaigrette and crispy shallots. The mezze plates offered are za'atar fries, falafel tots, couscous tabbouleh, jaffa style hummus and avocado with fried walnuts and garden pickles. The Ramen Bar has updated its already delicious menu with some new offerings this month, including local favorite Mochiko Garlic Chicken and scrumptious Pork Belly Fried Rice. Nana Lu's has launched its all-new Pinsa style pizzas made with flour hand-selected by Chef Mina and imported from Rome.

The Street Honolulu is the first of its kind, while a second one will open in Los Angeles' Beverly Center in 2018.
