The Berkshire Room to Celebrate Two-Year Anniversary with Specials, New Menus and More, 7/19

Chicago, IL -- The Berkshire Room -- a craft cocktail lounge from The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group beverage director Benjamin Schiller located at 15 East Ohio Street inside the ACME Hotel Company in River North -- will host celebrate its Two-Year Anniversary Party with specials, weekend lunch hours, and new summer cocktail and food menus on Sunday, July 19.

The Berkshire Room will open at 11am on Sunday, July 19 and the Two-Year Anniversary Party begins at 4pm. Guests will treated to complimentary passed food items from the new upscale bar snacks menu from executive chef Chris Davies and executive pastry chef Chris Teixeira from 4pm to 6pm.

The Berkshire Room's new summer cocktail menu will also debut during the Two-Year Anniversary Party. Schiller and his bartending team have created seven new house cocktails for the summer (all $12 each) that will join mainstay "The Weston" on the menu. All of these cocktails will be available for the first time on Sunday, July 19 and are listed at the bottom of this press release. Schiller also updated the wine, craft beer, and spirits selections on The Berkshire Room's summer menu.

Guests will receive complimentary tastings of The Berkshire Room's new Wild Turkey Single Barrel bourbon that Schiller and his team had-selected from the distillery during the Two-Year Anniversary Party. Other specials from open to close during the Two-Year Anniversary Party include $2 Hamm's cans, $4 Anderson Valley Boont Amber cans, $4 Anderson Valley The Kimmie, The Yink & The Holy Gose cans, $12 22oz Anderson Valley Boont Barl Bourbon Barrel Amber Ale bottles, $12 22oz Anderson Valley Wild Turkey Bourbon Barrel Stout bottles.

Davies and Chris Teixeira has been completely overhauled and broken down into five sections: Dealer's Choice Bar Snacks, Dealer's Choice Meats & Cheeses, Small Plates, Hot Sandwiches, and Desserts. The full menu is listed below. The full food menu and the entire beverage program offerings will be available from open to close every day The Berkshire Room is open starting on Sunday, July 19 including weekend lunch hours. Starting on July 19, The Berkshire Room hours will be: 4pm - 2am Mondays thru Fridays 11am - 3am Saturdays 11am - 2am Sundays Previously, The Berkshire Room opened at 4pm daily.
