Braden Real Estate, a Chicago-based commercial real estate development company, announces a deal to bring Buddy V's Ristorante to the new mixed-use development, The Pearl, located in Rosemont, IL. Buddy V's Ristorante will occupy 8,500 square feet and will feature an Italian restaurant and bakery shop selling items exclusively from Carlo's Bakery.
Buddy V's Ristorante is the creation of Bartolo "Buddy" Valastro Jr., the internationally renowned baker known as the "Cake Boss." Mr. Valastro has once again partnered with veteran restaurateurs Elizabeth Blau and Kim Canteenwalla to consult on the creative and operations of the restaurant, and John Racanelli and Vincent Celano on the design and development. There is one existing location at The Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV and another one on the way in The Sands Casino in Bethlehem, PA. The restaurant's third location at The Pearl in Rosemont, IL will be the first one in the Midwest.
"Buddy has become an international celebrity filming cooking shows all over the globe. He has a huge following in Chicago, and specifically Rosemont, and wanted his first Buddy V's Ristorante in the Midwest to be here," said Marc Offit, CEO of Braden Real Estate.
The Pearl is Rosemont's newest mixed-use development. It will be an upscale mixed-use project featuring up to 4 unique restaurants, 100,000 square feet of office space, and a 150 room boutique hotel. The Pearl will also host street festivals with international and ethnic themes throughout the year that will bring in visitors from all walks of life. The much anticipated delivery for Phase I of The Pearl is scheduled for fall of 2016.
Braden Real Estate's mission is to develop meaningful and sustainable mixed-use projects in the Chicagoland area. Additional information about Braden Real Estate can be found at http://www.BradenRE.com.
