LAS VEGAS (November 5, 2015) - Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts offer a vast array of delicious ways to celebrate Thanksgiving. More than 18 restaurants will feature festive offerings; here is a sample of what guests can look forward to:

 

BLT Steak at Bally's Las Vegas will feature a special Holiday Package Menu, priced at $70. The three-course meal features choice of celery root soup or gem salad to start, followed by choice of roasted turkey, served with chestnut-sausage stuffing, cranberry-grenadine sauce and rosemary gravy or dry-aged roasted prime rib with confit garlic jus and caramelized onion bread pudding. Dessert options include pumpkin tart with maple ice cream, cranberry spiced bread pudding with walnuts and cranberry coulis and velvet chocolate rocky road with hazelnuts.

 

GIADA at The Cromwell will serve up a Thanksgiving tasting menu from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Starting the meal is a choice of antipasti platter of Brussels sprout crostini with toasted pine nuts, goat cheese, gorgonzola, dried cranberry and agrodolce gastrique, or duck prosciutto with duo of mustards and seasonal fruits, or 24-month-old Parmigiano Reggiano or wood roasted wild mushrooms. Second course, guests will select either the butternut squash puree with crispy prosciutto, amaretti cookie crumble and "Noble 5" sherry vinegar or stuffing arancini. Main course will feature turkey two ways, turkey breast porchetta and crispy confit dark meat served with Cacio e Pepe baked mashed potatoes, pancetta ciabatta stuffing, green beans almandine, sweet cranberry mostarda. Dessert options include pumpkin tiramisu and walnut tart with a duo of gelato.

 

Center Cut Steakhouse at Flamingo Las Vegas will offer a $50 Thanksgiving special three-course meal. First course options include Caesar salad, Center Cut chopped salad and roasted butternut squash soup. The entree will feature a herb-rubbed organic free range turkey with cornbread, Medjool date and chorizo stuffing, charred Brussels sprouts and shallots, sweet potato gratin and fresh cranberry and golden pear chutney, followed by pumpkin cheesecake with bourbon creme anglaise for dessert.

 

Fulton Street Food Hall at Harrah's Las Vegas, the first and only food hall on the Las Vegas Strip will serve up a Thanksgiving feast from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., priced at $15.99. The traditional meal includes butternut squash soup, sliced oven roasted turkey breast with homemade gravy, sausage and herb stuffing, mashed potatoes, candied yams, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie.

 

Le Cafe St. Louis at Paris Las Vegas, the quaint Parisian-inspired cafe will feature a complete four-course Thanksgiving meal for $40. Choose between French onion soup or spiced yam soup for the first course, followed by Waldorf salad or Caesar salad. For the main entree guests can choose between roast pork loin served with spaghetti squash and cinnamon scented apples or turkey and stuffing accompanied by bacon Brussels sprouts, cranberry jam and globe carrots. Pumpkin cheesecake and traditional apple pie will be available as dessert options.

 

Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar at The LINQ Hotel & Casino will offer a special, one-day-only dish to celebrate Thanksgiving. For $25, guests can order the sage roasted turkey breast, served with sweet potato tater tot and braised ham hash, caramelized Brussel sprouts with bacon, Miller Lite turkey gravy and fresh baked corn bread.

 

In addition to the regular decadent offerings, on Thanksgiving Day the following buffets will all feature traditional Thanksgiving items: Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, Paradise Garden Buffet at Flamingo Las Vegas, Le Village Buffet at Paris Las Vegas, Carnival World & Seafood Buffet at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, Flavors Buffet at Harrah's Las Vegas and Spice Market Buffet at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Guests can look forward to bourbon glazed ham, roasted duck with warm cherries, herb roasted pork loin stuffed with cornbread and Andouille, candied yams, green bean casserole, Yukon mashed potatoes, holiday pies and much more across the buffets.
