ATLANTA, Feb. 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ The trendy and hip Little Five Points area in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia just got hipper with the addition of ARCADIA, a '70s vibe rooftop bar and restaurant. ARCADIA invites patrons to enjoy life and feast on the coziness of this era.

The new retro-influenced night spot offers throwback favorites such as Country Fried Pork Chops over Mashed Potatoes, Chicken Pot Pie and Sloppy Joes on the main menu taking it back to basics while adding culinary creative flair to each dish. The brunch menu is also filled with classics such as Biscuits and Gravy, Pimento Cheese Grits and a griddle-fried Monte Cristo sandwich among many other comfort favorites.

Unique, Inviting Ambience

At night, the place shines. Earth tones, cozy leather booths, warm lighting and a cocktail list filled with throwbacks like 7&7 and Harvey Wallbangers abound. The atmosphere will transport you back to a time when LPs and turntables ruled, spinning old school '70s vinyl such as David Bowie, Iggy Pop, and the Ramones among many others of that period. Visitors gain/regain that special bond with this era, a time when music was groundbreaking and the food just tasted better somehow.

Location and Rooftop Views

ARCADIA is located at 337 Moreland Avenue, a block south of the main drag, and offers one of the only rooftop decks overlooking the skyline in the area, with late night dining, drinks available until 2:30am and free parking. ARCADIA sits atop local restaurant Cameli's Pizza - both of which are owned and operated by its namesake, George Cameli.

George Cameli, owner "You won't have to Google anything on the ARCADIA menu to find out what it is. Come in, enjoy, soak it up."

Originally started in 1996 by brothers Joe and George Cameli, Cameli's Pizza began making their delicious brand of pizza in their first location at 699 Ponce de Leon Ave within Ford Factory Square, then branched off with their 2 nd location in 2012. ARCADIA is a new concept entirely. With chef Sarah Case cooking up the goods, ARCADIA is an homage to the past but contemporary in its own right.
