"100 Times is Not Enough" choreographed by Arianne MacBean is a dance-theater work about the arduous difficulties and fleeting moments of grace inherent in the creative process featuring text written by Arianne and solo performances by LACDC Artistic Director, Kate Hutter.

In "In the Dust", choreographed by Lindsey Lollie, the dancers create an atmosphere that is constantly building and disintegrating with an impulse to move forward. When the initial feeling of something is lost, other pathways present themselves to lead to something new and stir a change in direction. Energy is often manipulated and dispersed, but will eventually find a way to synch back up again. In this work, Lindsey continues an ongoing collaboration with musician Peter Gonzales, in which the music and movement come together to create a unique voice for the dancers and the environment in which they coexist.

"Prite Oef Stringh" choreographed by Kate Hutter is inspired by the 100th anniversary of The Rite of Spring with original music by award-winning composer, Austin Wintory. Together they draw on the themes of the original rite and focus on the sacrifice of the individual to the group mentality - turning the idiosyncratic melodies and off-beat rhythms of the score into a wall of sound overpowered by a monstrous, mechanical beat.

Kate will also perform a duet titled "Unravel" with guest artist, Charlie Hodges of L.A. Dance Project. Kate and Charlie are life-long friends and dance partners, and this will be the first piece they have created together since 2003.

It was later adapted for dance on camera by film maker Victoria Sendra, and was chosen for the Dance On Camera Film Festival at the Lincoln Center. Her piece "Pro", was an evening length work presented at the ARC in summer 2012. Lindsey has danced for choreographers Hassan Christopher, Lydia Zimmer, Liz Hoefner, Stephanie Zaletel, Natalie Metzger and Jordan Saenz.
