Photo Flash: CANSE AVEC CLAIROBSCUR's Fundraising Event

Danse Avec Clairobscur (or Dance with Clairobscur) was a VIP fundraising event. It will opened at 7pm with a VIP reception and red carpet, followed by a night of celebration with cocktails and h'ors doeurves . Ms Sefton showcased a piece from her portfolio on the dance floor under the fairy lights on the patio and entertainment was provided by guest DJ Emma Ford. Check out photos from the event below!

A silent auction will be ran throughout the evening and Raj Sharma hosted a pledge drive that saw Clairobscur Dance Company raise money to continue their important work, which is currently addressing climate change and its impact on the environment. Guests will be treated to gift bags as they leave.

A Southern California native, Laurie's work and art extends and expand upon her unique upbringing. Clairobscur Dance Company serves at the embodiment and vehicle for Laurie's artistic expression and provides a platform for her ideas and emotions. Laurie is a producer, director and choreographer. Just recently, Jeff Slayton (critic and former Cunningham Dancer) described her performances as his "best dance experience for 2015."

The event was a huge success and welcomed Janice Dickinson (model), Katie Cleary (actress), The Scheme (British Boy Band), Briana Evigan (actress), Blake Cooper Griffin (actor), Raj Sharma (stand up comic and host).
