Phoenix Dance Company Founders to Teach Workshops at Swindon Central Library

Phoenix Dance Company founder Donald Edwards, and ex-member Merville Jones (who currently teaches at Swindon Dance) are both delivering all-boys dance workshops to celebrate the 'Black Dance Archives' exhibition at Swindon Central Library.

Merville Jones currently teaches on our Youth Dance Academy and Classes Programme at Swindon Dance.

  • Work with Merville Jones - Sunday 26th October from 11.30am - 1pm

Masterclass in Contemporary/African Dance for experienced dancers aged 16+

  • Work with Donald Edwards - Thursday 23rd October 5.30pm - 7pm

Boys Youth Dance Workshop - a dynamic, contemporary danced based class that blends traditional contemporary forms with physicality and power.

The 'Black Dance Archives' Exhibition runs until 7th November and is free to view.
