The Mill Ballet School will be hosting an open house on Friday, September 9th from 4:30-8:00 PM. Students and families can use this opportunity to register for classes, purchase dress code-appropriate dance attire, meet the teachers, and take sample classes.
During the open house, there will be an opportunity to purchase gently used dance wear items at the Dance to Dancer Sale. The money raised will be used to purchase practice tutus for the trainee students of the Mill ballet School.
"This is the chance for everyone to converse with the teachers and to experience what the school has to offer," says director Melissa Roxey. "Prospective students can meet other families that are a part of the ballet and learn about the sense of community encouraged by the school."
For 21 years, the Mill Ballet School has provided dance students with world-class educational opportunities and the highest caliber professional faculty. Over 75 classes are offered at the school including Creative Movement, Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Tap. The Mill Ballet offers separate classes for boys as well. All classes are taught by educators from leading companies and schools.
